Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end process including multimodal coordination for shipments via sea, air, and rail
  • Financial oversight of invoicing and cost control
  • Maintain daily high-level communication with suppliers and clients in China to ensure operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
  • Prior experience in logistics administration, such as invoicing, order processing, or supply chain documentation, is highly preferred
  • Commitment of at least 32 to 40 hours per week (4–5 days) during standard office hours
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport to reach our location at Maastricht-Airport
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
