Job Description

The Managing Principal at NTT DATA will oversee multiple accounts in the Financial Services sector, driving growth and strategic direction. This role requires a minimum of 12 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on AI and digital transformation. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • 12+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience, with proven leadership in large-scale programs
  • Deep industry expertise and a strong professional network in BFSI sectors
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of delivering growth, profitability, and market impact

Nice to have

  • Experience leading and commercializing business transformation and digital innovation deals
