Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial with HR consulting experience or strong business drive
  • Network in Spain´s HR/business sectors (Sevilla ideal, but flexible)
  • Self-motivated to build pipelines and select your niche (e.g., recruitment, DEI, compliance)
  • Fluency in Spanish/English
  • excellent sales and relationship skills
  • Ability to operate via B2B contract in Andalucía

  • Partner with Demand Generation, ABM, and Digital teams to bring messaging to life across channels. Ensure regional relevance and channel fit across both EMEA and global programs
  • Work closely with sales leaders and sellers globally to ensure messaging is adopted in the field, gather feedback from real customer conversations, and partner with enablement to deliver assets sellers actually use. Ground positioning in what's happening in the field through ongoing research
