Job Responsibility:

Build and scale your independent practice, leveraging ISG's global infrastructure and networking opportunities
Requirements:
Active autónomo registration (RETA)
Handle own invoicing (IVA/IRPF), taxes, and social security
Proven background in sales, recruitment, or executive search / business development
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong networking, relationship-building, and self-management skills
Madrid-local preferred
Fluent in Spanish
