This is not employment; it's a revenue-share partnership like franchising—no buy-in or subscriptions required. ISG earns a percentage only from successful project revenues.

Job Responsibility

  • Represent ISG in Johannesburg, using our established model to secure clients and deliver high-value HR projects
  • Access international opportunities, working on deals across Europe, USA, and pan-African networks

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial freelancer with HR consulting experience or strong business drive
  • Network in Johannesburg's HR/business sectors (mining, finance, tech, manufacturing ideal)
  • Self-motivated to build pipelines and select your niche (e.g., recruitment, executive search, skills development)
  • Fluency in English
  • Afrikaans/Zulu advantageous
  • excellent sales and relationship skills
  • Ability to operate via B2B contract in South Africa
