We're looking for a seasoned editorial leader who can hold a high bar for quality while enabling content production at scale. Someone who builds systems to automate the tedious stuff so there's time for what actually matters—new creative formats, better workflows, and content that genuinely helps entrepreneurs thrive.

Job Responsibility

  • Run the editorial operation across blog, newsletters, and other surfaces
  • Build systems that scale and automate workflows
  • Be the final quality bar for content
  • Manage a team of senior editors remotely
  • Manage relationships with external agencies
  • Navigate cross-functional work with SEO, product, leadership, and brand teams
  • Find new formats, surfaces, or ways to use existing content

Requirements

  • Strong editorial instincts and experience in media
  • Managed complex editorial operations and teams
  • Systems thinker with experience building scalable workflows
  • Experience managing budgets and vendors
  • Technically comfortable with SEO, AI tools, and analytics
  • Experience working in fast environments (SaaS, B2B, or startup)
