Job Description:

Managing Director role for a leading player in the property sector in both the UK and Dubai, committed to fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement. With a strong market presence in Dubai, they are focused on driving strategic growth and operational excellence and continuing success.

Job Responsibility:

Provide effective and strategic leadership to the organisation
Develop and execute the company's short-, medium-, and long-term strategic goals
Lead and manage direct reports, ensuring alignment with KPIs and objectives
Oversee sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve financial measures
Represent the company at key events and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability
Drive sales and marketing excellence through strategic alignment and collaboration
Enhance operational efficiency by ensuring robust processes and compliance with industry standards
Create a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and professional development

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the property industry
Strong track record in managing multi-faceted departments
