Our client is a leading, international family-owned company with over 115 years of experience. They provide innovative solutions and services in the fields of lightning protection, surge protection, and safety equipment, addressing megatrends such as renewable energy and the protection of critical infrastructure. They are now looking for a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial Managing Director (m/f/d) to lead and further develop their Dutch subsidiary in Amersfoort, established in 2018.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, paired with strong commercial acumen
  • Several years of leadership experience in multinational companies within the technical sector, with a proven focus on sales, marketing, and business development
  • Strong financial literacy (budgeting, P&L, cost control) and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • A strong ability to evaluate technical products and solutions
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, combined with intercultural competence
  • Experience in leading remote-working teams and the ability to provide clear direction and orientation
