Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Managing Director to lead safety compliance and regulatory efforts within our organization. This role involves overseeing safety programs, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal part in fostering a safe and compliant work environment across all operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations
  • Conduct job-site inspections and perform safety audits regularly
  • Identify workplace hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures
  • Lead investigations into incidents, including root cause analysis and follow-up actions
  • Facilitate safety orientations for new employees and conduct ongoing safety meetings
  • Manage accident reporting processes to ensure proper documentation and compliance
  • Promote continuous improvement in safety practices and enforce accountability
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and prepare reports for audits
  • Develop and enforce safety policies aimed at reducing risks and ensuring compliance
  • Coordinate and deliver safety training sessions and materials to employees

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in safety program management within construction or similar industries
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations
  • Expertise in conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Ability to lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering safety training programs
  • Familiarity with hazard communication, lockout/tagout, fall protection, and emergency preparedness protocols
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain detailed compliance records and ensure timely reporting
