The Managing Director will lead Isar Aerospace Sweden AB with a strong focus on financial performance, strategic alignment, and governance and compliance. This role involves fostering a supportive environment for operational and technical teams while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company governance principles. Close collaboration with functions and business units within Isar Aerospace SE is essential to execute strategies defined by the parent company.
Job Responsibility:
Financial Performance: Manage budgets, financial performance and resource allocation to achieve operational targets and financial goals
Operational Support: Facilitate an environment where technical and operational teams can perform optimally, including logistics, HSE and infrastructure
Strategic Direction: Execute strategy based on the technology roadmap and launch schedule, aligning subsidiary goals with parent company strategies
Collaboration: Work with various functions/business units within Isar Aerospace SE to drive unified goals
Stakeholder Management: Represent the subsidiary in dealings with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies
Reporting: Regularly report to the parent company's executive team and business unit on progress and challenges
Governance and Compliance: Operate within Swedish applicable local and international law and regulations
Ensure annual AB tax declaration in Sweden submitted on time and in accordance with legal and business requirements
Ensure compliance with company level contracts
Implement robust health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies
Ensure compliance with Swedish and EU regulations applicable to company governance and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies
Requirements:
Relevant degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Relevant leadership experience in a Swedish company
Strong financial background with proven track record of management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate across different functions and business units
Fluency in English
proficiency in Swedish is desirable
