Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager/ EA/ Business Development to lead a new vertical in our organization and drive strategic growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering partnerships, enhancing communication channels, and strengthening support networks to ensure sustainable development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact while steering the organization toward continued success. This position supports a new venture for the founder and CEO.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and drive long-term growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients to foster collaboration
Oversee the creation and execution of effective content strategies to enhance brand visibility
Lead business development efforts by identifying opportunities and cultivating new partnerships
Manage client communications to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Direct marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and expand outreach
Supervise administrative operations to ensure efficient workflows and resource allocation
Provide leadership and guidance to teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Monitor organizational performance, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements as needed
Represent the organization at events and meetings to promote its mission and objectives

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting leadership or C-suite
Proven expertise in content strategies, business development, and client communication
Strong skills in brand marketing and strategic planning
Demonstrated ability to manage administrative operations effectively
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in cultivating partnerships and building support networks
Proficiency in project organizations tools such as HUBSPOT, Monday's, Calendaring, ETC.
Leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and organizational success
