The Managing Director, Salesforce Sales Leader at NTT DATA is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the vision and growth strategy of the Salesforce sales organization across North America. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of leadership experience in IT services or consulting, with a strong background in selling Salesforce enterprise solutions. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to build executive relationships, and a consultative mindset. The Managing Director will lead a high-performing team, drive accountability in pipeline management, and collaborate with marketing to create demand-generating campaigns.   • Lead and scale a high-performing Salesforce sales leadership team across regions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of leadership experience within IT services, consulting, or digital transformation organizations
  • 8+ years of people leadership and executive-level sales management experience
  • Deep hands-on experience selling Salesforce enterprise solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Analytics / Data Cloud
  • 5+ years selling and managing Salesforce-based consulting or managed services engagements

Nice to have

  • Experience selling MuleSoft or integration-centric solutions
  • Proven success defining and executing large-scale sales and GTM strategies
  • Ability to lead globally distributed teams and collaborate across cultures
