This is a very important region for Alfa Laval, to continue its growth journey as the transition leader. The Managing Director will together with the Sales Company leadership team develop the market presence and secure the overall financial results. The annual turnover of the sales company is currently more than 150 M€ generated by a team of around 150 employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Continue the development of our profitable growth journey by managing, executing and monitoring sales and service activities
  • Continue developing the company towards a customer centric organization aligned with our Sales Company Transformation direction
  • Ensure Alfa Laval presence (direct and through partners) in the large territory under the responsibility of Alfa Laval France and North-West-Africa (24 countries)
  • Continue to develop a professional service execution organization and footprint
  • Secure strong alignment with the Business Units and Divisions to succeed in the local markets
  • Drive overall efficiency through the implementation of our sales operating model as well as the operating model of our functions for HR, Finance and Group Affairs
  • Hold the legal responsibilities incumbent to this position and spearhead the positioning of the company with local authorities
  • Drive public affairs and positioning of Alfa Laval in France
