We are seeking a seasoned, visionary leader to serve as our Managing Director, Healthcare Provider Client Segment Leader in the Northeast (United States), overseeing and developing our team of Client Executives within the U.S. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a proven executive with deep healthcare provider domain expertise and a passion for transforming care delivery through technology in partnership with C-suite leaders across the nation's largest health systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead existing business while creating a bold vision and practical plan for ambitious growth
  • Interpret financial information, identify risks and opportunities, and implement change programs to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to enhance team capabilities, achieve financial and operational objectives, and deliver on customer commitments
  • Lead and mentor a team of Client Executives responsible for client relationships, growth, operations, and account administration
  • Coach and guide account teams on strategic direction, P&L performance, client development, and long-term relationship strategy
  • Create and identify opportunities in existing and new client environments using strong industry knowledge, thought leadership, and awareness of regulatory and market trends

  • 15 years of IT services and consulting experience
  • 10+ years in healthcare, primarily Provider-focused, spanning sales/business development, go-to-market strategy, and client/account leadership
  • Led a business portfolio with 8–10 Client Executives/Partners
  • Developed complex operational and strategic plans
  • Oversaw large, multi-site consulting teams
  • managed budgeting, performance, and operations for $150M in business
  • Managed senior client stakeholders with a strong record of financial results and client satisfaction
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelor’s degree or 15+ years of relevant experience
