To lead OneMagnify India’s evolution into an AI-native powerhouse delivering platform-enabled services through world-class B2B digital experiences and thus becoming the Capability Hub for Global OneMagnify. As the Managing Director, you will be the primary architect of OneMagnify’s vision in India. This role blends operational leadership with forward-looking strategy: ensuring world-class delivery today while shaping scalable capabilities that expand OneMagnify’s global impact across AI, Data & Analytics, Digital Experience, Omni Channel, and Performance Marketing purpose-built for B2B growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the evolution of the Chennai GCC, transitioning from a delivery center to a global Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Operational Excellence: Accountable for planning, execution, and delivery of India-based projects, ensuring quality, timelines, margin, and client satisfaction
  • Productivity and Quality Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging AI technologies, optimizing delivery frameworks, and enhancing service quality across all verticals

Requirements:

  • Total Career Experience: 20+ years of overall experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Services, and Data & Analytics (Sales & Marketing focus)
  • GCC Leadership: At least 8+ years leading or in a senior leadership role within an India-based GCC, specifically one focused on AI and advanced technology
  • Education: Advanced degree in Technical or Business Management
  • Scalability: Proven track record of scaling teams, driving operational excellence, and leading innovation initiatives
  • Experience managing large, diverse teams in a global context (preferably 1000+ employees)
  • AI/ML-First Mindset: Predictive Modeling, NLP, GenAI, and Agentic workflows in Marketing, and Personalization Engines
  • Data & Analytics: Deep fluency in Big Data architectures like Snowflake/Databricks, Cloud Data Warehousing, and Real-time Analytics
  • MarTech/AdTech: CDP (Customer Data Platforms), DSP/SSP, Marketing Automation, and Identity Resolution
