Job Description:

The Head of Shared Services Technology will focus on building a common platform across the business, leading AI initiatives, shared operational platform, and digital assets through effective architectural principles, engineering disciplines, and sound procedures expected of a global financial institution.

Job Responsibility:

Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions and drive the evolution of our technology architecture to support scalability, security, and innovation
Lead a team of engineers to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure while implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Lead a team of engineering building capabilities around digital assets
Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices across the engineering organization
Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of shared platforms
Develop and maintain the organization's infrastructure roadmap, aligning it with business growth and technology advancements
Work with the broader CTO organization on the overall technology strategy for the business

Requirements:

Significant experience in Financial Services preferably in Transaction Banking
Possesses an observable and impactful delivery track record, including the architecture, build, deployment, integration and ongoing management of large-scale technology ecosystems
Demonstrated skills in developing and executing strategies for transformation programs
Strong influencing skills and ability to work in an environment where priorities are frequently changing
Proven ability to establish and maintain business partnerships and client relationships
Experience analyzing client requirements and developing suitable, cost-effective solutions
Comprehensive understanding and awareness of appropriate corporate and regulatory policies
Experience in performing complex problem solving and business trade off decision analysis
Experience of work in a process driven environment
Demonstrated people leadership / management
Ability to provide leadership to the next generation of the global technology journey
