Job Description

This is a senior leadership role and a member of Mindspace's Executive Leadership Team, holds full commercial and operational responsibility for Mindspace's international markets across Europe - excluding Germany - including the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and the UK. Reporting directly to the COO and serving as a member of the Executive Leadership Team of Mindspace , the Director International Markets will drive profitable growth, operational excellence and network expansion across multiple European countries.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and drive multi-country P&L performance across European markets, with accountability for revenue growth and EBITDA
  • Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to company-wide strategic decision-making and long-term growth planning
  • Lead sales performance and pipeline discipline across markets, supporting complex deals, pricing strategy and new location launches
  • Lead the Community and Account Management functions across Europe, setting strategy, standards and performance expectations to ensure exceptional member experience, retention and portfolio growth across all markets
  • Ensure operational excellence and consistent premium hospitality standards across all locations
  • Define and execute regional growth and expansion strategy in partnership with Real Estate, Design and Operations teams
  • Build, mentor and scale strong local leadership teams
  • Align European execution with global strategy and best practices
  • Serve as our strategic bridge to import London's world-leading coworking expertise, trends and models, adapting them across Mindspace

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in flexible workspace, serviced offices or premium multi-site hospitality businesses
  • Proven track record of full P&L ownership and profitable growth in competitive, mature markets
  • Strong commercial leadership experience in sales-driven service environments
  • Experience managing multi-location teams across countries
  • Strong financial discipline, forecasting capabilities, and high-performance management experience
  • Executive-level presence and ability to contribute to company-wide strategy
  • Deep understanding of the London flexible workspace market - a strong advantage.
