Job Description:

The Managing Director (MD), DSG Healthcare, is responsible for securing and delivering executive search and consulting engagements while representing DSG Global with excellence. The MD will lead business development, manage client relationships, and oversee all aspects of the search process with a matrixed team. Successful candidates bring an entrepreneurial, service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a track record in business development and client partnership. They combine strategic insight with operational rigor and thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment. The MD will help advance DSG Global’s 2025 strategy to build a tech-enabled business recognized for its people, culture, execution, insight, and value creation by cultivating long-term client relationships and delivering consistently strong outcomes.
