Job Description

The Managing Director (MD), DSG Corporate is responsible for winning executive search and/or consulting engagements, representing DSG Global effectively internally and externally, and executing to the highest standards of quality. Successful candidates will bring an entrepreneurial, service-oriented mindset, grounded in intellectual curiosity and perspective, in addition to the ability to generate revenue and serve as a partner to CEOs, Board of Directors and Leadership Teams. The MD will secure, execute, and close executive search and consulting mandates for clients, driving business development and delivering successful outcomes for clients. A proactive, detail- oriented, an resourceful leader, the MD will excel in managing relationships, projects, and teams. They will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. With a proven background in business development and a passion for developing long term partnerships with clients, candidates and colleagues, the MD will contribute to shaping and operationalizing the 2025 DSG Global Corporate business strategy: “build a tech-enabled business that leverages our niches of excellence and is recognized for its people, culture, execution, insight, and impact/value creation.”

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in executive search, leadership advisory or entrepreneurial business building with a proven track record in leadership advisory, business development, and client management
  • Deep industry expertise in a specific sector or functional area (e.g. technology, healthcare, finance, consumer) with a strong network of relationships
