Job Description

NTT DATA is seeking a highly accomplished and visionary executive to lead our Large Deal Solutioning and Architecture function globally. This leader will serve as the strategic and technical executive responsible for shaping and winning large, complex, multi-tower transformation deals across industries and geographies. The role requires a unique combination of executive presence, business strategy, enterprise architecture expertise, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership. The successful candidate will lead the development of integrated transformation solutions spanning Cloud, Infrastructure, Applications, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Digital Engineering, BPO, and Managed Services. As a senior leader and trusted advisor to client executives, this individual will work closely with Sales, Consulting, Delivery, Industry Leaders, Hyperscalers, and Alliance Partners to architect differentiated business outcomes and drive profitable growth for NTT DATA. This executive will act as the global technical leader for strategic pursuits and serve as the executive sponsor and spokesperson for solution strategy with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, business leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and evolve NTT DATA’s global large deal solutioning and enterprise architecture strategy
  • Build and lead a world-class team of solution executives, enterprise architects, and domain specialists across regions
  • Drive strategic transformation initiatives and shape integrated solutions for multi-year, multi-million-dollar global engagements
  • Partner with executive leadership to define go-to-market strategies and growth priorities for strategic accounts and industries
  • Establish solutioning governance, architecture standards, and best practices across the organization
  • Lead end-to-end solutioning for large, complex pursuits, including mega deals, outsourcing transformations, digital modernization, and managed services engagements
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across consulting, delivery, finance, legal, operations, alliances, and partner ecosystems
  • Define differentiated value propositions and transformation roadmaps aligned to client business objectives
  • Own overall solution integrity, commercial alignment, scalability, risk management, and transition strategy
  • Drive innovation-led solutioning leveraging AI, automation, cloud-native architectures, GenAI, data platforms, and emerging technologies
  • Ensure competitive, profitable, and executable solutions with measurable business outcomes
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and senior technology leaders across strategic clients
  • Facilitate executive workshops, transformation strategy sessions, and architecture visioning engagements
  • Represent NTT DATA in executive briefings, industry forums, analyst discussions, and strategic client presentations
  • Translate complex technology strategies into compelling business narratives and outcome-driven transformation programs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 25 years of experience in IT services, consulting, enterprise architecture, or large-scale digital transformation leadership
  • Proven track record leading large strategic pursuits and solutioning for complex global deals with deal sizes ranging between $500M to $1B
  • Executive leadership experience within a global systems integrator, consulting firm, or technology services organization
  • Deep expertise across multiple technology domains including Cloud, Infrastructure, Applications, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, ERP, and Managed Services
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing strategy, transformation business cases, and outsourcing models
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams across multiple geographies and business units
  • Demonstrated success engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders and board-level executives.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Industry certifications in cloud, enterprise architecture, or transformation methodologies are a plus
  • Experience working with hyperscalers and strategic alliance ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft, Google, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Experience with AI-led transformation and automation-led operating models strongly preferred.
