Managing Director CFO Advisory

Our team is working with a leading business advisory & investment banking firm looking to hire a Managing Director for their Chicago office. This role will lead client engagements across strategic finance, accounting advisory, finance transformation, and interim financial leadership, partnering with executives, private equity sponsors, and lenders on critical financial initiatives. Responsibilities include advising on budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, value creation, and complex accounting matters such as revenue recognition and lease accounting, while supporting transaction-related activities including M&A, carveouts, and integrations. The position also drives process improvement, ERP and technology implementations, and the development of analytics tools and dashboards to enhance financial visibility and operational performance.
