Job Description:

Lead and drive the SIG Poland business and organisation through strategy execution targeted to to gain and maintain top-line and bottom line growth and market share improvement. Strong customer focus by developing individual customer solutions, delivering additional value and understand customer pain points. Leading and developing the Polish team. Identification of the key strategic aspects, provide rationales and ensure the execution of the strategy in alignment with Head of Market Area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain budget and costs under control and react to correct them
  • Implement and further develop processes which help to perform in the market
  • Maintain and expand national / international contacts to develop business

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management, or Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales / Marketing and in general management in international companies
  • An experience of working in the packaging / food / beverage industrie will be an advantage
  • Native Polish and fluent English level
