Job Description:

Strategic leadership role overseeing a local team of 25+ advisors and professionals in wealth management, driving business performance, team development, and client service excellence in a purpose-driven organization that blends financial expertise with commitment to helping individuals live richer lives.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the local office, managing financial performance and contributing to P&L decisions
Use data-driven forecasting to inform team structure and strategic planning
Monitor performance metrics across growth, service, and team health
Collaborate with growth leaders to expand market presence and brand recognition
Represent the firm in the local community, building relationships and visibility
Inspire and coach advisory and growth teams
Foster a culture of engagement, alignment, and support
Serve as the local culture carrier and first-line leader
Oversee client assignments to ensure balance and optimized service delivery
Use capacity data and advisor insights to make strategic staffing decisions
Partner on workforce planning and resource allocation
Ensure consistent execution of best practices while tailoring for local needs
Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve teammate and client experience
Align local efforts with scalable growth frameworks

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in wealth management, professional services, or advisory leadership
Proven success in managing and developing high-performing teams
Strategic decision-making experience in team structure and client alignment
Financial acumen and experience with P&L management
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across stakeholders
Deep commitment to helping clients and teammates thrive
