Job Responsibility

  • Provide visionary leadership and full accountability for all hotel and residential operations

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience serving as a general manager, managing director, vice president of operations, or in a comparable senior leadership role within a luxury, lifestyle, or mixed-use hospitality environment
  • Extensive experience overseeing multi-department operations in a high-rise or full-service hotel environment
  • Strong financial skills including P&L oversight, forecasting, and revenue strategy
  • Proven success in luxury service leadership and team development
  • Ability to lead both hotel and residential service components
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Bilingual (required): English and Spanish, with strong business communication skills including presenting to senior leadership, facilitating training sessions, and confidently engaging with ownership groups, franchise partners, and executive-level stakeholders
