Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the strategic direction and growth of the D365 FO practice, driving business development, client engagement, and thought leadership
  • Oversee the delivery of large-scale implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives
  • Manage a team of consultants, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, offering strategic guidance on digital transformation initiatives and ERP investments
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations
  • Drive the development and adoption of innovative solutions and methodologies to enhance project delivery and client outcomes
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives to expand market presence and drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, with a proven track record of leading successful implementations and managing client relationships
  • Extensive experience managing and developing high-performance teams of consultants, analysts, and developers
  • Deep expertise in configuring and customizing D365 FO modules, with a focus on Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and GST compliance
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Expert (required)
