Job Responsibility

  • Leading the delivery of complex operational improvement engagements across key client accounts, ensuring high-quality outcomes, measurable benefits, and strong client satisfaction
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders on topics such as operational excellence, cost optimisation, supply chain performance, manufacturing and process improvement
  • Diagnosing current operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing pragmatic, data-driven initiatives that enhance efficiency, resilience, and value creation
  • Working with clients to define and deliver end-to-end improvements across operating models, processes, systems, and ways of working
  • Owning and growing key client accounts by identifying follow-on opportunities, shaping client roadmaps, and contributing to long-term account development strategies
  • Supporting business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, commercial shaping, and client presentations
  • Contributing to thought leadership and capability development within the Operations & Improvement team, sharing insights, tools, and best practices
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in operations, operational excellence, process improvement, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related consulting or industry role
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex operational or transformation initiatives, ideally with responsibility for benefit realisation
  • Strong understanding of operational performance improvement, cost optimisation, and value-chain analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence leaders at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and contributing to the development of others
  • Experience supporting or leading business development and account growth, including proposal development and client relationship management
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
  • A strong drive for personal development, professional growth, and contribution to team success

  • Experience working with clients in the Consumer & Manufacturing industry
  • Hands-on experience in supply chain optimisation, manufacturing transformation, or operational cost-reduction programmes
