Job Description

A well-established law firm with a strong presence is looking to appoint a Managing Associate to join its Real Estate Finance team in Bristol. This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Lawyer seeking high-quality work, fantastic client exposure and a leadership role within a growing practice.

Job Responsibility

  • Advising across a broad range of real estate finance matters
  • Acting for a mix of lenders, borrowers and alternative capital providers
  • Handling investment and development finance, structured transactions and complex funding arrangements
  • Handling distressed real estate, restructuring and insolvency-related matters
  • Working closely with lenders, borrowers and external advisers on time-sensitive and high-value situations

Requirements

  • 9+ years’ PQE
  • Strong background in real estate finance
  • Experience acting for lenders and/or borrowers on complex transactions
  • Comfortable leading matters and supervising junior Lawyers
  • Interested in contributing to business development and team strategy
