We currently have 5 stores in Cardiff, with number 6 opening very soon. If you are looking to start 2026 with a new opportunity, we have a number of Manager and Assistant Manager roles available. Whether you already have managerial experience, or you looking for your first step in management, we would love to hear from you. Our Coffi Lab managers are passionate about our values, our customers and developing their careers. As well as focusing on the day-to-day basics and managing the team, you will help to drive targets, maintain Coffi Lab standards and meet team goals. Job Responsibility:

  • Taking responsibility for opening and closing your store as required
  • Leading by example to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Following all operational processes, keeping all relevant documentation up to date
  • Delivering ongoing training & development to team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience within a high-volume retail, hospitality or restaurant environment is desirable but not essential
