Job Description:

Your role will be to ensure that the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Complete opening and closing duties
Inspect storage areas for organization, cleanliness, and use of FIFO
Complete inventories and requisition necessary supplies
Monitor dining rooms for service, safety, and well-being of guests
Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees
Adhere to company safety and security policies
Respond to guest needs
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Identify and implement new ways to improve efficiency and quality

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
