Job Responsibility

  • Ensure compliance with our standards
  • Keeping within budgets
  • Ensure control of deposits and petty cash
  • Make or approve orders
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Be present at services during peak hours
  • Maintains a collaborative atmosphere by communicating effectively and facilitating meetings with employees
  • Implement promotional activities
  • Ensure the training of new employees and the development of existing employees
  • Maintain updates all manuals
  • Ensure compliance with the employee manual, company regulations, labour laws and occupational health and safety standards
  • Apply preventive maintenance programs for equipment
  • Establish staff needs or work schedules
  • Ensure the recruitment and hiring of team member
  • Evaluate team member
  • Executes all other tasks requested by the franchisee

Requirements

  • Completion of Secondary V may be required
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a team leader in a dining room or kitchen, or in a management position in a retail business
  • Work schedules are generally fixed
  • Frequent work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Office work outside peak hours
