Job Description

The Manager, Workplace Fundraising is responsible for growing revenue and expanding Movember’s fundraising community (workplaces) across the APAC region. The role leads delivery of an assigned revenue target, contributing to the Movember campaign and other key moments aligned to the APAC strategy, with a focus on both acquisition and retention of supporters.

  • Partnering with key stakeholders and Movember’s business partners to drive fundraising initiatives, maximise revenue opportunities and achieve financial targets
  • Creating an active pipeline of potential high value accounts and steward supporters
  • Supporting with development of allocated business functions
  • Delivering Movember presentations to key accounts
  • Supporting with the delivery of the APAC annual strategy
  • Providing input and helps deliver the Fundraising and Development team strategy
  • Developing a stewardship plan for the relationships you manage
  • Delivering the fundraising plan for your allocated accounts to achieve an assigned revenue target
  • Using the CRM, Salesforce, to identify giving trends and analyse data sets to create a clear stewardship plan

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in business and fundraising/ revenue development roles
  • A proven track record in managing fundraising portfolios with revenue generation accountabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A passion to build and maintain lasting relationships
  • The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders including 1:1 and group presentation settings, via phone, in-person and virtually
  • Highly developed organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several programs concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing self-care to ensure peak performance
  • Adaptability and flexibility
