Job Description

This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of Workday solutions and integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic technology vision. This role combines technical leadership with team management, driving innovation, and operational excellence across Workday platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field is required
  • Ten+ years of experience in enterprise application development, with at least four years in Workday engineering or architecture is required
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams is required
  • Experience in Workday HCM/Finance configuration, integration, and security is required

  • Strong background in designing and consuming Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, WS standards), including practical experience with RaaS, Workday Studio, and Orchestrate Builder
  • Familiarity with Workday Extend
  • Experience with advanced reporting and analytics tools, including Workday Prism, Workday Reporting, and BIRT, is highly desirable
