Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Manager, UX/UI Design to lead our eCommerce creative team in delivering exceptional digital experiences across our customer journey. Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Sales & Experience, you'll manage two direct reports - a UX/UI Designer and Copywriter/Content Strategist - and oversee the work of a talented team of agency creatives, including strategists, UX designers, UI designers, and copywriters. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive results that balance business objectives with outstanding user experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a creative leadership role within a product organization
  • Successful frameworks and methodologies you've implemented that improve team performance and output quality
  • Strong problem-solving abilities rooted in user-centered design principles
  • Ability to provide strategic content direction and mentor copywriters while understanding the nuances of eCommerce content
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with product managers, business and sales, and project managers to achieve shared goals
  • Exceptional organization skills balanced with the flexibility to pivot as business needs evolve
  • Ability to advocate effectively for your team while translating business needs into creative direction
  • A power user of Figma design software
