Drive the future of cybersecurity design by leading and growing a talented team of UX designers dedicated to delivering high-impact, intuitive experiences within a complex technical ecosystem. This role blends people leadership, strategic ownership, and hands-on design contribution to drive both executional excellence and long-term platform transformation.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX designers across multiple product areas
  • Drive high-quality UX execution across projects, ensuring consistency and delivery momentum
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to align on priorities and deliver against user and business goals
