Research tax issues, review legislative developments, and evaluate impact
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned areas, understanding both the technical mechanics and underlying drivers
Identify and resolve inconsistencies proactively as inputs evolve or results do not align with expectations
Validate that models and processes continue to function correctly as the business scales
Mentor and develop a Senior Tax Analyst, providing guidance on both technical work and review approach
Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication with the Global Tax Accounting team
Partner with the U.S. Compliance team to provide technical guidance and review on U.S. tax filings and estimated tax payments
Collaborate with SALT and U.S. International Tax teams, as well as other stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve and scale tax processes, with a focus on reducing risk and increasing efficiency
Contribute to process and technology improvements, including Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) and ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP)
Apply a growth mindset — build practical solutions, iterate, and refine
Liaise with and manage external advisors to ensure timely and effective tax support
Support tax audits and related documentation
Prepare reconciliations and analyses as needed
