Job Description:

This position will be responsible for daily cash operations and liquidity working with business lines across the enterprise to ensure efficient processing of payments and receipts. The candidate will manage a team of five to six analyst supporting the daily operations. The position will work to develop liquidity strategies with focus on continuous process improvement as well as development of the team.

Job Responsibility:

Direct cash management operations to include daily cash administration
Review and drive improvements in cash management
Manage daily cash transfer activity and processes
Review and approve wire, ACH and EFT transfers
Continually evaluate the effectiveness of operational procedures and controls
Analyze and solve problems stemming from payment processes
Ensure accuracy and timely distribution of reporting
Confer with bank personnel to effect fund transfers
Develop and mentor staff
Maintain integrity and accuracy of funds transfers
Provides support for both internal and external auditors
Participate in new cash initiatives

Requirements:

5-7 years of relevant experience in Banking and/or Treasury
4+ years of experience with Integrity or similar Treasury workstation
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Finance/Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
Access Database - Microsoft Access
Proficient Microsoft Office user
