Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Tender Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process. The ideal candidate will oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of proposals for government and private tenders, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and timely delivery. This role is vital to expanding the company’s presence through strategic bidding and partnerships.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze and identify relevant tenders through government portals, private listings, and vendor networks
  • Manage the preparation of pre-qualification documents, RFIs, RFPs, EOIs, and final bid submissions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, engineering) for accurate proposal creation
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements, legal regulations, and company policies
  • Track tender progress, maintain records, and manage deadlines and documentation
  • Conduct risk assessments and pricing strategies in collaboration with senior management
  • Build and maintain relationships with procurement agencies, clients, and government bodies
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, clarification sessions, and post-tender negotiations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, contracts, or procurement processes
  • In-depth knowledge of tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, eProcurement)
  • Strong understanding of documentation, compliance, and pricing strategies
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools

Nice to have

  • Experience in drone, defense, or technology-based tenders
  • Understanding of public procurement laws and government contracting
  • Familiarity with ERP or tender management software
