Job Responsibility:

  • Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators, and drive cross-functional execution of program deliverables
  • Collaborate with engineering to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish roadmap and long-term strategy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes
  • Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
  • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Perform risk identification and management for programs
  • Provide day today coordination for projects and tasks
  • Help drive process and communications improvements across multiple teams and functions both internal and external

Requirements:

  • Requires Masters degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or a related position
  • Requires 24 months of experience involving the following: TMP program execution, roadmap tracking, and portfolio
  • Developing and scaling TPM or engineering teams
  • Delivering technical programs or products from inception to launch and support
  • Bringing clarity to ambiguous, complex products and programs
  • Making technical and product tradeoffs
  • Balancing business needs and technical constraints
  • Operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated systems and product thinking
