The Foundations TPM team provides the essential support for the underlying technology services including Data Engineering, Data Platform, Core Infrastructure, and Developer Platforms - and the engineers who build them. It’s a high-stakes environment where we solve complex problems to ensure the stability and velocity of the entire engineering organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead & mentor a team of high-performing TPMs
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product leaders to define roadmaps for foundational services
  • Own the planning and execution of programs in quality, reliability, compliance, and vendor/cost management
  • Act as an escalation point for high-risk programs
  • Nurture stakeholders across the organization
  • Develop light-touch frameworks for tracking OKRs and resource allocation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience as a TPM or Engineering leader, ideally within an infrastructure or platform organization
  • At least 2 years of experience directly managing a team of TPMs or engineers in a relevant technical domain
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong skills in project planning, estimating, and scheduling
