The responsibility of the right candidate will be to assist with reviewing, analyzing and testing proprietary agency services platform requirements which would be requested by the operation teams across all AD offices. The successful candidate will be reporting to the agency technology product owner.
Job Responsibility:
People management responsibilities
Providing technical leadership, guiding teams, and overseeing solution delivery
Act as a key person in the delivery of agency services project initiatives
Attend and keep log of workshops to gain an understanding of system & user requirements
Act as the link between Operations and IT teams to assist on gathering business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations
Write project documentation (specifications, test plans, user guides)
Ensure users adoption of the projects by providing training and monitoring the users' acceptance
Act as a first level of support when needed
Work closely with the agency technology product owner and escalate any issues or concerns
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or engineering
8+ years of Technical Analyst experience
Proactive learning style, highly inquisitive and curious attitude, and excellent track-record of solving complex problems with focus and determination
Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle
Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and data integration solutions
Enjoys working with both business and technology professionals
Highly capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
Experience acting as a liaison or interface between business users and technology team is preferred
Experience with business intelligence and data analytics a plus
Advanced Excel skills a plus
