Job Description

The primary focus of this position will be talent management and development in the influencer space. Elements of talent management will include actively signing and maintaining a roster of viable talent and managing a wide variety of endorsement and partnership deals.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle consistent communication with talent and provide counsel across all business matters, including social media, industry trends, brand extensions and growth trajectory
  • Leverage existing relationships with brand and agency contacts for deal flow and revenue quotas
  • Actively and reactively assist in ongoing talent pitches/project development, both for own clients as well as agency-wide
  • Along with support team, manage each project from inception to completion
  • Develop creative and strategic program ideas with talent’s strengths/successes and development goals in mind
  • Represent talent in contract negotiations
  • Provide insight and research/discover new talent

Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience in managing top-tier talent in the traditional and/or digital space
  • Los Angeles based
  • MSOffice Suite
  • Google Analytics
  • Superior communication, writing and verbal skills with an ability to consult with executive management
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized
  • Ability to meet deadlines and possess follow-through
  • Confidence and ability to negotiate deals and understand deal memos between talent and brands
  • Marketing savvy, problem-solving and pop culturally aware
  • Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies
  • Positive attitude and strong social skills in speaking to talent and brands
