Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies that target blue-collar qualified candidates for temporary positions
  • Collaborates with the clients' hiring teams to design tailored recruitment approaches that meet the expectations of clients
  • Ensures all KPIs and SLA requirements regarding order-based sourcing and talent conversion from passive candidates are met
  • Monitors and analyzes recruitment metrics for Operational placements to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Identifies candidate pools for future business development initiatives, taking into account industry best practices and trends in the career/ hiring space of blue-collar placements
  • Leads sourcing activities/projects and drives to meet the key metrics goals as set by leadership, focusing on proactive engagement and headhunting of passive talent
  • Discovers and solves bottlenecks in the sourcing process and proactively follows up with the team to mitigate these identified bottlenecks
  • Manages candidates and ensures that the most qualified candidates are shortlisted for small and mid-sized client engagements
