Job Responsibility:
Sets performance objectives for own team, regularly monitoring progress and workload and offering feedback for improvement
Ensures a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding at an Digital client
Mitigates reputational risk in recruitment, ensuring that candidate experiences align with the company’s brand and values to avoid negative reviews or candidate dissatisfaction
Manages relationships with external recruitment tool providers, job boards, and other vendors, ensuring access to the best resources and tools to support high-volume recruitment
Ensures reporting on talent trends, salary benchmarking, and industry insights to support decision-making
Leads the resolution of high-level recruitment challenges or crises in an Digital client, such as difficult-to-fill roles, candidate withdrawals, or client dissatisfaction
Evaluates and implements new recruitment technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) or AI-based screening tools to be utilized for high-volume hiring at Digital clients
