Leads the recruitment operations and manages a small recruitment team that delivers Digital.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sets performance objectives for own team, regularly monitoring progress and workload and offering feedback for improvement
  • Ensures a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding at an Digital client
  • Mitigates reputational risk in recruitment, ensuring that candidate experiences align with the company’s brand and values to avoid negative reviews or candidate dissatisfaction
  • Manages relationships with external recruitment tool providers, job boards, and other vendors, ensuring access to the best resources and tools to support high-volume recruitment
  • Ensures reporting on talent trends, salary benchmarking, and industry insights to support decision-making
  • Leads the resolution of high-level recruitment challenges or crises in an Digital client, such as difficult-to-fill roles, candidate withdrawals, or client dissatisfaction
  • Evaluates and implements new recruitment technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) or AI-based screening tools to be utilized for high-volume hiring at Digital clients
