  • Oversee the creative development and execution of everything from large-scale, multi-channel campaigns to smaller, one-time projects, ensuring alignment with the greater Capital One talent brand
  • Ambassador Development: Build and empower a local network of brand ambassadors—including recruiters and leaders—to share authentic content aligned with the talent brand tone and voice
  • Develop and administer a repeatable, efficient, quality control process to provide oversight of the brand related work, ensuring all work is aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicates our editorial message
  • Data Analysis: Regularly collaborate with the US-based, global Marketing Strategy and MarTech teams to review performance, data, and analytics to measure employer brand reputation and campaign effectiveness
  • Market Intelligence: Collaborate with the US-based, global Talent Intelligence team to synthesize local market research, competitor intelligence, and candidate sentiment into actionable strategies
  • Measurement Framework: Monitor clear metrics (e.g., pipeline generation, quality of hire) defined by the US-based, global Talent Marketing team, that tie marketing investments directly to organizational business results with consultation and support of the US-based, global Talent Marketing team
