Capital One is looking for a Talent Marketing Manager that will serve as the primary operational leader and strategic consultant for talent-led initiatives in Mexico City. As an expert in the Mexico market, you’ll have the opportunity to build a localized strategy rooted in the global US-based team and localizing it to resonate with the CDMX market. You will manage the end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint builds a proactive, long-term relationship with local prospects and candidates.
Job Responsibility:
Localize Global Strategy: In partnership with the US-based global team, build and localize talent marketing strategies to align with Mexico City’s cultural nuances and business priorities while maintaining the core company talent brand
Strategic Consultation: Serve as a trusted partner to local Talent Acquisition leaders, translating complex hiring challenges into actionable marketing objectives in Mexico
Integrated Campaign Management: Manage the planning, CDMX strategy, and ongoing optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across key talent audiences in Mexico and the associated long-term, in-country, roadmap
Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure seamless cross-functional alignment between global channel owners and local stakeholders to foster a relationship of trust and symbiosis
Full-Cycle Campaign Oversight: Execute all tactical steps of performance marketing, including campaign setup, channel selection (email, social media, etc.), creative oversight, and operationalize reviews and approvals
Content & Messaging: Create localized messaging, talking points, and collateral (including reviews and approvals) that enable recruiters to effectively communicate the associate experience in CDMX
Oversee the creative development and execution of everything from large-scale, multi-channel campaigns to smaller, one-time projects, ensuring alignment with the greater Capital One talent brand
Ambassador Development: Build and empower a local network of brand ambassadors—including recruiters and leaders—to share authentic content aligned with the talent brand tone and voice
Develop and administer a repeatable, efficient, quality control process to provide oversight of the brand related work, ensuring all work is aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicates our editorial message
Data Analysis: Regularly collaborate with the US-based, global Marketing Strategy and MarTech teams to review performance, data, and analytics to measure employer brand reputation and campaign effectiveness
Market Intelligence: Collaborate with the US-based, global Talent Intelligence team to synthesize local market research, competitor intelligence, and candidate sentiment into actionable strategies
Measurement Framework: Monitor clear metrics (e.g., pipeline generation, quality of hire) defined by the US-based, global Talent Marketing team, that tie marketing investments directly to organizational business results with consultation and support of the US-based, global Talent Marketing team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in marketing
At least 4 years of experience in brand development, communications, social media, or marketing strategy
Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
Nice to have:
Experience in Talent Marketing or Branding specifically within the Mexico City market
Understanding of the recruitment process and local candidate behavior
Experience in copywriting and event marketing
Experience identifying and prioritizing opportunities in "white space"
