Job Description

Reporting to the VP of GMNS Supply Chain Solutions – Product Management, the Manager of Supply Chain Solutions, Product Management, will have the opportunity to be part of a key strategic priority for the GMNS business. This team is responsible for evolving the strategic agenda focused on how we are modernizing and transforming our Commercial & B2B products and processes globally. This includes setting the strategy, defining future use cases, ensuring our current roadmap enables the business for the future, and identifying opportunities to provide differentiated value to our Suppliers, Buyers and Partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Defining products and services and provide differentiated value and a seamless experience that allows customers and partners to expand to new segments and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver teams to define trackable success metrics to enable analytic-driven decision-making, as well as track product development, product performance post-launch to assess future investments, e.g., incremental revenue, cost reduction, competitive differentiation, and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct discovery to identify market opportunities and user needs, and document clear, actionable requirements to support product development
  • Define and continually refine prioritization to build and maintain product roadmaps including sustaining a backlog of features
  • Gather and analyze feedback from internal and external customers and partners to create user journeys to help identify opportunities to remove obsolete or redundant commercial and B2B payment experiences and suggest enhancements to improve user experience
  • Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to support the design, validation, and execution of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap
  • Responsible for identifying, assessing, and strengthening risk and control frameworks to ensure operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and effective governance

Requirements

  • Background in end-to-end Product Management and an understanding of the payments industry, preferably including supply chain finance, working capital solutions, corporate banking, AI supply chain automation, blockchain rails and digital currencies, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development preferred
  • Masters of Business Administration or Bachelor's (or comparable experience) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions
  • Strong project management aptitude, preferably including understanding of Agile methodology and practices
  • Strong aptitude for balancing multiple deliverables simultaneously, using effective prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Flexibility and readiness to work within a global team
