As part of the Supply Chain Intelligence team, we are actively seeking an experienced Manager of Supply Chain Business Intelligence to build and enhance reporting capabilities, ensuring standardization, harmonization, and scalability. Job Responsibility

  • Develop scalable reporting solutions and visualize data using BI tools such as Power BI
  • Utilize SQL queries to extract, transform and load data – while securing one version of truth by actively standardizing, harmonizing data
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Data Transformation team (e.g. data points, architecture, and models)
  • Ensure that relevant metrics are timely developed, validated across markets and documented to bring transparency. Generate detailed and up-to-date documentation in Confluence
  • Manage the deployment of the reporting capabilities including optimizing dashboard performance, conducting thorough data validation, and onboarding the Supply Chain reporting user community
  • Coordinate and actively contribute to user acceptance testing and change management for newly developed reporting capabilities, ensuring successful rollout and adoption across SCM Markets and key stakeholders
  • Run root cause analysis to support business in answering key management questions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in reporting and analytics, including front-end visualization and tools such as SQL and Python
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Planning or Information Systems from an accredited institution
  • Proven experience in business intelligence role with strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, tools (e.g. Power BI and SQL), and methodologies
  • Good understanding of supply chain principles and operating practices, logistics terminology, basic finance, and management of cross functional interdependencies
  • BI Expertise: Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and self-service reports using Power BI. Strong skills in DAX, data modeling, and report performance optimization. Use advanced tools to accelerate report performance (e.g. DAX Studio, Tabular Editor)
  • Data Proficiency: Manage the end-to-end process of gathering, extracting, and transforming data across sources using relevant tools (e.g. SQL, Python). Ensure data quality and harmonization to empower other teams
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Able to identify root causes, spot patterns, and translate into actionable recommendations
  • Operational Insight: Understands KPIs, operational processes, and the trade-offs needed to balance speed and accuracy
  • Communication: Confident presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences to deliver insights and project updates
  • Collaborative Style: Ability to work collaboratively across teams to support user acceptance testing, data validation, and user education for new reporting capabilities, engaging stakeholders at all levels
