The position is responsible for supporting all aspects of digital marketing campaigns for Lucasfilm, Marvel Studios and 20th Century Studio titles at a Regional and UK level. This will span Theatrical release through to EHV and Pay 1 windows; as well as Studio DTC Original Feature and Episodic releases. Whilst the primary focus of the role will support EMEA, the Digital Marketing Manager will be required to also support UK activations & campaign elements as relevant. The role will include development of Digital Marketing strategy for EMEA, as well as managing material/content creation, localization and rollout plans. The Manager will also be required to build out an influencer strategy across all studio releases.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting all aspects of digital marketing campaigns for Lucasfilm, Marvel Studios and 20th Century Studio titles at a Regional and UK level
Development of Digital Marketing strategy for EMEA
Managing material/content creation, localization and rollout plans
Building out an influencer strategy across all studio releases
Explore new influencer activation opportunities
Support the role out and management of Global/International influencer initiatives
Execute paid influencer activations to support the UK marketing campaigns
Work closely with all content developers both in market & with U.S. Global teams
Support the Publicity team during talent tours
Origination and creation of all house materials (photography & AV) during premieres
Coordination and delivery of supporting digital assets for Disney owned social channels
Ideation and logistical management of digital content capture during junkets
Manage relevant day-to-day agency relationships
Reporting and analysis to the Senior Manager & Director
Managing campaign budget
Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Maintain relationships with key business stakeholders
Oversee career and personal development of a Coordinator and Intern
Requirements:
Extensive experience in the entertainment industry specifically within Film & Home Entertainment
Success in a consumer facing PR/Marketing role within a professional organisation ie major media company, publisher, or agency
Strong numerical analysis and interpretation skills
Proven ability to think strategically & creatively
Extensive knowledge of digital media, products and the entertainment industry (Film/Studios PR/Marketing planning an advantage)
Strong communication skills
Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
Strong knowledge of the film and entertainment industry
Strong knowledge of the UK and European media landscape
Good understanding of the digital landscape and ability to use key social media platforms
Awareness of competitor studio publicity campaigns
