The Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Indirect (e.g., Retail, Entertainment, Professional Services, Marketing, HR) will lead and manage efforts to secure optimal sourcing opportunities with local and regional impacts. This role aims to deliver value, drive savings, increase efficiency, assure supply, and mitigate supply chain risks. The Manager will act as a strategic partner who listens to understand business needs, plan and implement sourcing initiatives, and ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, develop, and implement an integrated strategic process across brands
Manages Strategic Sourcing Initiatives utilizing a strategic sourcing process
Manages Contracts and Key Supplier Relationships
Engages and collaborates with brand stakeholders and corporate teams
Delivers Results to Performance Goals and Measurement including but not limited to hard savings, cost avoidance, supplier diversity and sustainability
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Travel & Hospitality, Retail, Supply Chain or other applicable disciplines
Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills including financial cost analysis

Working knowledge of spend analytics and eRFX tools

5+ years’ relevant experience in the travel and service industry leading strategic sourcing initiatives utilizing best practices category management methodology (“six- “or “seven-step process”) with expertise in influencing business strategy and supplier relations
Relevant experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives within areas of indirect spend
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time
Nice to have:
CPSM or travel certifications preferred but NOT REQUIRED
