Manager Strategic Partners role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The position involves managing major partners and their events/projects across various verticals including large exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, and sports, while building strong long-term relationships and driving performance growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Fever's biggest partners and their events/projects across all verticals
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of each partner event and projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance)
  • Forge strong, strategic relationships with partners
  • Drive partner performance by establishing KPIs and implementing data-driven strategies
  • Gather feedback from partners on Fever's products and services
  • Grow into a team manager role by providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers
  • Get a 360 degree knowledge of all Fever teams and processes

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in project management or management consulting
  • Fluent in Japanese and English is a must
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills and proven track record of building positive working relationships
  • Analytical, organized & solutions oriented
  • Ability to handle large amounts of work in parallel work-streams
  • Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
  • Thrives for excellence within your own work and of others
  • Ability to think strategically when faced with key challenges
  • Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty
  • MBA highly valued
