The Healthcare and Cost Management (HCM) Analytics team partners with Aetna and the broader CVS Health organization to set data-driven strategies, build AI/ML/GenAI solutions that automate and augment operations, and support the ongoing transformation of the healthcare industry in the interest of the members, patients, clients, and customers we serve. We are looking for an analytical storyteller who can create engaging narratives about our technical work to a variety of internal and external audiences. This objective of this role is to help our team win new funding, attract and retain strong talent, and elevate our team’s profile across the enterprise through creative and compelling marketing of our products and solutions. This individual contributor role will report to the Chief of Staff for the HCM team and will be responsible for shaping our HCM sales story, creating collateral to market our solutions, and driving team engagement in partnership with our HCM leadership team (Executive Director/AVP/VP level stakeholders).
Job Responsibility:
Co-create marketing frameworks/templates to communicate how our analytics products improve the experience of the constituencies we serve with a range of internal and external audiences
Develop a diverse set of strategic marketing materials, including sales and product presentations, product demos (in partnership with the enterprise technology communication team), and other digital communications, that align with our organizational growth, enterprise positioning, and stakeholder engagement objectives
Build and maintain our team library of product content
Present our team’s products and capabilities in the context of our enterprise technology and business landscape with cross-functional teams within our organization
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product management, sales, customer service, and executive leadership, to align marketing strategies with broader team business objectives
Own our portfolio of team engagement initiatives and manage stakeholder feedback loop
Define and measure KPIs for marketing and engagement effectiveness
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a consulting, marketing, or business support setting with exposure to senior stakeholders and/or executive level decision making
High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: PowerPoint, Excel, and related productivity plug-ins (e.g., think-cell)
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a marketing, economics, or management, or related business discipline. Master's degree preferred.

Healthcare experience or industry knowledge (e.g., provider, payor, or health-tech)
Direct exposure to marketing strategy, campaign design and development (e.g., storyboarding for commercials or other digital media, copywriting print ads, etc.)
